Bright and Stylish Home - Los Angeles

My apartment has the most beautiful light (corner unit) with great windows and a rather large, lush outdoor space where I keep a lounge-y seating area, an outdoor dining set, a grill, and stringed lights for evening dreaminess. Tucked away towards the back of the small 8 unit building, you`ll feel a sense of privacy and quiet that you wouldn`t expect when you walk up. I`m absolutely in love with my place, and I hope someone out there will love it as much as I do. There`s also a metro stop just 2 blocks from my door. I LOVE animals and plants, and will gladly take care of yours, if needed.

About the location

I live in a really hip part of town (Virgil Village/Silverlake) inhabited by stylish and creative folks as well as young families, close to Silverlake Reservoir and the best shops, restaurants, and bars in Los Angeles, in my opinion. A short 3 blocks from the best brunch/coffee spot, SQIRL featured on Mind of a Chef and Ugly Delicious with David Chang. A 15-20 min walk from Silverlake Sunset Junction through one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the city. Another 5-7 min drive from another hip neighborhood, Echo Park, where you`ll find more amazing shops, restaurants, and bars as well as Echo Park Lake where you can enjoy picnics and paddle boats on the water. 10 minutes from Downtown LA, 15 min from Hollywood, and 30-40 min from the beach depending on the time of day.
