My home is a groundfloor flat in a small apartment building. IT is light and sunny. Next is a park, you would never think you are so close to the city. There is no traffic anywhere near. Just boats travelling over the river IJ.
Five minutes walk from the house you get to the ferry, which takes you in averagely ten minutes to Central Station, the very heart of the city.
About the location
The IJplein neighbourhood is quiet, but on one end of the street you can walk along the river, on the other end is an old neighbourhood with little shops and restaurants.
