My home is my sanctuary. Located on the 5th floor, it is where I go to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment is equipped with anything you may need. Every room is independent. The central heating system creates a very warm atmosphere. Small balcony next to bedroom. Building caretaker (M-F). Non-smokers only. Pets are not allowed.
About the location
The neighbourhood is very quiet and has plenty of local shops to buy anything you may need (groceries, gyms, swimmingpools, IT services). Only 15 min walk to the exclusive Salamanca neighbourhood where you will find the Retiro Park (https://www.esmadrid.com/en/madrid-neighbourhoods/barrio-salamanca?utm_referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com%2F). There are plenty of buses and 3 close tube stations: Cartagena line 7, Prosperidad line 4 and Avenida de America lines 6, 4, 7 & 9 where you can take the bus shuttle to the airport. Prosperidad is a very quiet area with many local shops and some supermarkets open til 11.00 pm or 2.00 am. The neighbourhood is home to many young professionals and families. IBM headquarters are very close.
