Modern detached house - Kent, England

We live in a 4 bedroomed detached house with 2 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms,
with small enclosed back garden safe for children. We have broadband and sky TV. It is located in a cul-de-sac, so no through traffic, and only 5 minutes to rail station, for travel to either the seaside (Herne Bay, Margate, etc.) or London (just over an hour away).

About the location

We live half a mile away from the iconic seaside town of Whitstable and only 8 miles inland is the historic city of Canterbury, all accessible by bus nearby. We have lived here for 19 years now and find it is convenient for supermarkets and many pubs nearby. Our neighbours are very friendly.
