Country house close to the seaside - Sassari
Our house is located in the countryside,but it`s very close to the sea (Gulf of Asinara). It`s spacious and cool in the summer, with a big flowering garden, a little pinewood and a cool terrace where you can rest and eat in the warm season and the children can safely play. There are also a basketball hoop and a tennis and volleyball net.
It`s a two-story house, with a wide living-room with a fireplace, a full equipped kitchenette with oven and induction cooktop, three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one in each floor). We have a washing machine but no drier nor dishwasher
The house can host up to 6-7 guests.
Bedroom 1: double bed + baby bed;
Bedroom 2: french bed (for 1-2 people);
Bedroom 3: single bed
A single extra bed with memory foam topper is available
There are houses all around but not so close, so that noises are not a problem.
We haven`t pets but if you have allergy issues you should know that the neighbours` cat sometimes strolls around inside our garden
About the location
It takes just 5 minutes by car to get to the nearest beach and just 15-30 minutes to get to the gorgeous beaches of Balai, Stintino, Castelsardo and Alghero. Porto Torres (a harbour for ferries from Genua, Civitavecchia, Corsica, France and Spain) is just 10 km from here.
