Our home is an comfortable open airy 2 level Queenslander with 3 bedrooms, a sewing room, 1 bathroom, a large enclosed verandah at the front. A large rear deck on the back. We are situated on the top of a hill with some nice views from the front to the city and from the back to the sea and islands. We also have 2 cats that would need to be fed.

Sandgate is a friendly seaside suburb of Brisbane. We are about 15klms from Brisbane Central City, easy access by train or bus. The shops and train station of Sandgate are about 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk from the house. There is Indian, Thai and Pizza eatery as well as Coffee Club and smaller cafes, Woolworths and Aldi. There is also a few hotels within easy access. Easy access to highways from the house for heading to the Sunshine Coast or Gold Coast.
