House with garden in a small community by the Lake - Peachland, BC

Ours is a two-storey home with a deck at the back to sit in the sun. There is a lounge and dining area and there are three bedrooms (one with an ensuite) and a bathroom with a bath/shower .

About the location

Peachland is close to the Okanagan Lake, a lake that is 80 miles from north to south. We live in a vacation area popular in the summer for access to the Lake and the many beaches. This part of British Columbia is very hot and dry in the summer and quite different from the coastal areas of the province. British Columbia has a variety of mountains and lakes and has several different climates in different parts. It is a very interesting place to visit with a mixture of urban area and remote places. It is about a 4-hour drive west to Vancouver across the high mountain pass and about a 6-hour drive east to the Rocky Mountains.
