Lovely furnished flat - Paris
I’m seeking to swap my lovely FURNISHED one bedroom flat in Paris for an apartment or house in London. I currently reside in Buckinghamshire, England, but would like to relocate to London so I’m looking for a long term swap (a minimum six months but the longer the better). My apartment is available starting from July 7th 2019 but the entry date is negotiable.
My apartment is quiet (view over a garden, one apartment per floor), well decorated, wood floor & panelling, architectural features, bathtub, double paned windows.
About the location
The apartment is located PLACE GAMBETTA. The metro station (METRO GAMBETTA) is right across the street from the building. It`s next to the famous tree-lined Père Lachaise Cemetery (the Parisian counterpart of the Highgate Cemetery in London). It is 10 minutes by metro to Opera, 15 minutes by foot to Bastille, 10 to trendy Oberkampf.
