It’s in a fantastic location only a few minutes walk to the beach, park (with playground and paddling pool) and Hove Lagoon water sports centre, making it the ideal home away from home for those who want a relaxing yet fun get away!

Brighton is an all year destination that offers something for all ages. There is so much to do, whether it be sea swimming and rockpooling, fIsh and chips on the pier, visiting the excellent local museums and theatres, or enjoying the famous nightlife.

Brighton is just an hour from London, yet it is surrounded by the beauty of the South Downs National Park which offers magnificent walking and cycling opportunities.

The public transport is excellent, and as Brighton and Hove is a small city everything is within easy reach.The flat is brilliantly located in the west of the city near the beach in a quiet area,m. The city centre is easily accessible by bus (which runs every 10 mins) or a 30 minute walk along the seafront . A good local pub, convenience stores, small M & S and cafe (owned by the DJ Fatboy Slim) are all within a few minutes walk. The South Downs National Park is easily accessible by car within 15 minutes or there is the “Downs Breezer” bus that regularly runs to the National Park during the spring and summer months.
Gatwick Airport is just 20 minutes away and a train station offering direct services to Gatwick is a 13 minute walk from the flat - meaning you can leave your car at home if you wish.
