Cozy hospitality - Halandri

Our apartment is a very cozy apartment, very convenient,with much accessibility with good public transportation (metro, buses).

It is located in Chalandri area, an ideal location, very easy access to explore everything in Athens.

It is a superb full of supermarkets and smaller local markets, open every Saturday vegetable and fruit market, banks, beauty, life, shopping, cafes, spas and fitness or athletical centers - all very closeor walking from 5 to 20 minutes.

Center of Athens can be reached very easily by metro (meaning we are Ag Paraskevi station,destination to airport)connecting all destination bu changing lines of metro only.
it is very near to very nice beaches in Attica, as Porto Rafti, Makri, Glyfada only 45 minutes far 30-40 km away.

Also the convenient matter is,that if somebody wants to come in Athens for health reasons,it is very near with the best clinics and hospitals for all categories.

Our home has all facilities as garden with nice flowers and trees, in common use stairs accessible because it is in the first floor, elevator, garage, wifi, telephone, tvs and fully equipped kitchen.

Our apartment has the unique CONVENIENT matter of autonomy between people,meaning that they can have two bathrooms,curtains in the living room which contains 3 sofas and 3 armchairs, balcony out of every room with table and armchairs and tvs.

Its balconys, with flowers, very nice to have the whole day from breakfast,lunch and dinner as well as leisure if you want to sit or lie in a sofa and read or watch iPad.

Also guests can be invited,as it is full equipped with many serving equipment and cutlery for all occasions for celebrations.

Music systems everywhere, air-conditioning as well in 2 rooms.

Officially and normally 5 persons can be accommodated, but there are more 2 beds for "just in case"

During winter it is very warm,as they have open heat 3 times per day.During summer it is not hot at all,because it is in first floor.

We are very willing to exchange our home with other homes in Greece during summer and Europe, America, Africa, Canada all other seasons of the year.

Our apartment can be called the most cozy friendly for hospitality apartment.
