Upstairs: a double bedroom, a twin bed bedroom, and a small single bedroom, and one bathroom with bath and separate shower cubicle. A large garden with patio outside seating and parking for two cars. Located on a quiet, residential crescent 2 minutes walk from town centre. Smoke and pet free, however, no objection to pets staying.

About the location

Kirkby Lonsdale, voted number 1 in the region by The Sunday Times in its `Best Places to Live in the UK 2019` (please Google it). It is also a dog walkers paradise with so many idyllic routes all within walking distance of my home: the River Lune, Hutton Roof and the Barbon Fells.
Kirkby Lonsdale has a choice of excellent wine bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants and the town centre boasts a host of small, boutique shops - all of which, bar two, are dog friendly. The architecture of the buildings, is picturesque and in whatever direction you look Kirkby is surrounded by the most scenic countryside.
The Lake District is close by: Windermere is 21 miles, a 30 minute drive, away. The Yorkshire Dales National Parks, the Forest of Bowland and also Silverdale, are just a stone`s throw away. For high street shopping - Lancaster city is a short distance to the south and Kendal town, a similar distance to the north. There are two golf clubs nearby.
