The house is located in a lovely green area of Manchester close to shops and bars. A five minute walk away from the house, you will find a shopping centre with a large Tesco and M&S Foodhall along with other amenities and shopping.

A two minute walk from the home is a lovely local park with tennis courts, orchards and picnic areas. From there, you can access the Roe Green Loopline, a 7km traffic free walking and cycling route which takes you through some of the beautiful local green space, including Worsley woods and the historic Worsley Delph and Bridgewater canal, both of which are a 15 minute walk away.

Further along the loopline is the beautiful Dukes Drive and Broadoak Park with streams, fields and a canal walk. It takes approximately 35 minutes to walk the loopline from the house to lively Monton where there are a range of independent bars, restaurants and cafes.

The Trafford Centre is a ten minute drive away and is home to cinemas, restaurants and shopping.
