I live in a beautiful, high spec studio flat in between Stockwell and Oval. The flat is part of the Printworks building, which was renovated in 2017. The flat is south facing, so it gets a lot of natural light. It is set off the main road so it is quiet and overlooks a communal courtyard.
The flat is equipped with modern facilities, including a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, microwave and an oven with pizza stone.
I have a few lovely and easy to care for house plants.
About the location
Stockwell is a lively part of London, close to Brixton which has plenty of bars and restaurants. There are a number of parks around this area. It is 10 minutes to central London on the tube and Stockwell has both the Victoria and the Northern line.
