Converted from a Victorian brewery, our house is a quirky property, until recently owned by the architect Mike Jenner.It is arranged over 3 floors, with a further mezzanine which is used as an office and also houses a sofa bed for visitors. It has a private courtyard garden and a car parking space- golddust in Bristol! With newly fitted kitchen and bathroom, it has all mod cons whilst retaining its Victoria features.

About the location

Montpelier is a beautiful, Bohemian area of Bristol and we are in a particularly secluded spot, yet within half an hours walk of the centre. We also have 2 electric bikes so rarely use the car as most places are within easy reach. The city itself has lots to offer with museums, galleries and everything else you would expect from a vibrant city.Transport links are great with an airport 20 minutes away and train and coach services to link up with the rest of the UK.London is a day trip away, as are the beaches of Devon. The Cotswolds are on the doorstep and the castles and mountain scenery of Wales also.
