Contemporary House with great access to Glasgow, Edinburgh and West Highland Way

Our 4-bedroom home is spacious and modern, ideal for families. We are a family with a 13 year old and 10 year old so we have all essentials for younger children as well as teens! We have recently undertaken an extension so have a modern kitchen with built in dishwasher etc. Our garden has a trampoline, swings and lots of outdoor furniture.
We also have a garden office for anyone requiring the privacy to work while away from home.

About the location

You can walk to the lovely village centre of Milngavie in 5 minutes and either stop to wander the independent shops or catch a train into Glasgow`s West end or City centre in 20 minutes. There are plenty of supermarkets including Waitrose, M&S, Tesco, Aldi etc to allow you to stock up as well as some great bars and restaurants locally.
Trains leave from the picturesque station every 15 mins. There is a direct train from Mingavie to Edinburgh every 30 mins so within 90 mins you can be in the centre of the capital without having to drive.
Milngavie is also the start of the West Highland way and would make a great base for families wanting embark on this challenge as well as many golf courses and hills for those wishing a less intensive challenge.
Loch Lomond, Stirling and many beautiful distilleries can be reached in under 30 mins by car.
