Our apartment has a large terrace and eating area outside the kitchen and another large terrace for sunbathing and sundowners. The apartment also has a private garage beneath the building as well as air conditioning and wi-fi. Located in the older, residential part of town with the locals and 5 minutes walk to the castle, cathedral, shops, bars, restaurants and beaches. There is an Italian language school at the end of our road.

About the location

Otranto is on the Adriatic coast and is the easternmost point of Italy practically at the end of the heel in southern Puglia. It is an hour`s drive from Brindisi airport and 2 hours from Bari. The food, wine, olive oil, sun and crystal clear sea make it a wonderful place to spend a holiday. There are also so many fantastic places to explore in the surrounding area: Lecce, Gallipoli, Santa Maria de Leuca, Alberobello, Ostuni, Martina Franca, Galetina, Polignano a Mare, Bari, and Matera are all in easy driving distance. And beautiful beaches are everywhere...
