4 Bedroom detached house with garden on edge of Peak District

Our lovely detached house has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The main bedroom is very light and has a super king size bed and on-suite with shower. It has a Juliette balcony overlooking the large garden. There are two more good size bedrooms with double beds, each with TVs.
The fourth bedroom is smaller but also has a double sofa bed. There is also an additional sofa bed down stairs in the conservatory if required. There is a main recently fitted bathroom upstairs and an another toilet downstairs. Downstairs there is a large dining room, modern kitchen, comfy lounge with gas fire and bright conservatory used as a second lounge.

Outside we have a large garden great for a family with kids and as we have dogs, you are welcome to bring well behaved dog/s. We have a large netted trampoline, indoor table tennis in the garage, teen and adult bikes you can borrow, swing seat, hammock, hot tub and fire pit so lots for the kids to enjoy.

The house is in a quite cul-de-sac on the due of Congleton but is just a few minutes walk to the town with shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. There are lots of walks nearby including along the canal and river.

About the location

Congleton is a charming market town on the edge of the Peak District National Park. There is access to stunning countryside walks and cycle routes. There are shallow rivers nearby for paddling and fishing or you can walk along the canal. We are 20 minutes drive from Buxton and less than an hour from the likes of Bakewell and Castleton. Congleton is the ideal gateway to the Cheshire Plain or the Derbyshire Dales. Within 20 minutes drive you can be at Tittensworth reservoir to paddle boarding or canoeing, or, be in the Peaks, climbing the stunning Roaches. If you are after something a bit more adrenaline, we are also about 35 minutes drive from Alton Towers and 45 minutes drive from Manchester with lots of things to do like the indoor ski slope and indoor skydiving. Nearby within 10 minutes drive there is a Segway, archery and sorting center. So lots of things to do for kids and teens.
