Cozy 2 bedroom condo with a view of the ocean in the distance. Sunsets are spectacular. This is our primary home, so it has everything you need for comfort. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are all open for an airy feel. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and the other, though set up as an office, has a sofa that unfolds to a comfortable queen-sized bed. The home is simple and modest but efficient for only 850 square feet (80 sq meters).
Washer and dryer are in the unit. Note that the unit is on the third floor (two flights of stairs) with no elevator.
You can walk down the hill to the small village ("The Village") of Arroyo Grande in 2 minutes. This is a popular destination with quaint shops, restaurants, bakeries, and more. You are a 7 minute drive from Pismo Beach and you are surrounded by wine country. Enjoy hiking, kayaking, wine-tasting, beach-strolling and small-town friendliness.
