Newly renovated home in the Welsh seaside town of Penarth

Our home is located in the lovely sought after area of Penarth in the Vale of Glamorgan. It is in walking distance of the town’s high street, parks and the seafront. There are many cafes, pubs and restaurants in walking distance. There are also many other beautiful beaches and countryside walks that can be reached by car from the house. The nearest train station is only a few minutes walking distance from the house. Our home has been completely restored and renovated to a high standard consisting of three bedrooms (2 x doubles and 1 x single). It has a lovely decked outside area with lounging sofa unit and barbecue. There is a kitchen (with dishwasher, washing machine, range cooker, fridge freezer, Sage coffee machine) dining room with large table (and record player), living room with large comfortable sofa and TV with Virgin Netflix, Now TV. There is one bathroom including a large walk in shower and large freestanding bath.

Penarth is a seaside town and community in the Vale of Glamorgan, Wales, approximately 4 miles south of Cardiff city centre. There is easy access via train and bus into Cardiff city centre.

Penarth has a Victorian pier, Art Deco Pavilion, charming Esplanade and modern Marina. Splendid parks link the coast to the traditional town centre with its Victorian arcade, independent shops and cafés.

There’s more green space to enjoy at nearby Cosmeston Lakes Country Park. Just moments away is Cardiff Bay - catch a water taxi, or walk/cycle across the barrage which is part of the Wales Coast Path.
