Old Farmhouse in Luberon / Provence

Our holiday home in Apt is an old farmhouse, which we fully renovated in 2012. It comes with an extensive landscaped garden and a 12x5m pool. The house offers 4 double bedrooms. One en-suite and two family bathrooms. Apart from these there is a large kitchen and dining room, a lounge with a chimnee, a TV room. The loft provides room for indoor activities and an office.

About the location

The ground of our house are surrounded by farmland. Being on the far outskirts of the market town we are in a private setting, but with easy access to Apt (3km) which offers all types of shops, supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, a lovely saturday market and even a well equipped hospital. The Luberon valley is famous for its "perched villages" - quaint old sandstone hamlets, clinging the the sides of the hillside. These villages compete in the summer for the best music and arts festivals.

We are equidistant to both Avignon and Aix-en-Provence (ca. 50km). Marseille is the nearest international airport (90km).
