Colourful victorian property on quiet no through road in exciting East London

Our house is a typical Victorian terrace, comprising of a cosy front room with working fireplace, dining room, which currently houses another sofa and some books and music and a kitchen with a dining table. On the first floor are two childrens bedrooms (currently a playroom and a bedroom but can be configured how you desire) and a bathroom, and on the top floor a further two bedrooms and a bathroom. We also have a garden with grass and lots if flowers and plants.

About the location

Our house is situated on the outskirts of the Olympic park, with a plethora of outside space, parks and the velodrome (5 mins walk) and Olympic pool (20 minutes walk). The locality has plentiful shops (Westfield), independent cafes and restaurants within 5 mins walk. A little further is Hackney Wick and Victoria park, also lovely places to spend a day, as well as the canal network.

Leyton station, on the central line is a 5 minute walk, and Stratford international station (main line trains to Kent) is a 10 minute walk. Stratford station is around 12 minutes away, which is a transport hub with trains to Essex as well as London and many tube lines. The transport links in this area are second to none.
