Cosy Victorian terrace in a charming suburb of South Bristol

Our home is a Victorian terrace in a quiet suburb of South Bristol called Totterdown.

On the ground floor there is an open plan double reception with cosy living and dining rooms where there is a log burner, Virgin TV with Sky Sports, dining table and chairs, lots of books, DVDs and games and a good quality sound system.

There is a separate modern kitchen to the back of the house with everything you need including all utensils, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.

There is a nice sized private back garden with decking, large table and BBQ.
We are very lucky to have Arnos Vale Cemetery, a unique heritage site directly behind our house which is lovely to visit and also means we have a lot of natural greenery surrounding us.

Upstairs is a modern bathroom with shower/bath and two bedrooms, one that is used as an office with a double bed. The master bedroom at the front of the house has a very comfortable king size bed.

There is free on street parking and never an issue finding a space.

Our house comes with a gorgeous cat called Dusty. She is very affectionate and loving and can be playful.
Dusty just needs to be fed twice a day. She comes in and out but doesn`t go very far and spends a lot of her day sleeping.
Dusty can be left on her own for the day/evening with some food and is fine.

About the location

Close to Temple Meads station and within walking distance to the centre of Bristol, Totterdown is a lovely base for exploring Bristol.

Totterdown has lots of thriving local businesses, award-winning cafes and a warm, community feel.

Restaurants/cafes include A Cappella pizzeria, Farrows fish and chips, Totterdown Canteen, The Sundial Kitchen and BANK.

Bars/pubs include Southside, Brouhaha, The Oxford, Tapestry Brewery and Bocabar.

There is a Co-op 5 minutes walk away and also a large Sainsburys 15 minutes walk away.

Totterdown is also within walking distance to Bedminster which has lots of independent shops, restaurants, bars and a great Sunday market.

Other popular areas in Bristol are easily accessible by car, foot, cycling and public transport and include Wapping Wharf, Clifton, Stokes Croft and Gloucester Road.

Gorgeous countryside is on our doorstep and we often drive to areas of Somerset and Gloucestershire for walks and exploring, our favourite being Chew Magna.

Clevedon is also a lovely seaside town to visit 30 minutes drive away.

Bristol Airport is conveniently only a 25 minute drive away.
