Quiet 1930s terrace in central Bristol

A two storey 1930's terrace with parking for 2 cars and a garden. Our street is super quiet and friendly, but very close to the city. North Street with the famous Tobacco Factory bar and theatre is just a 10 min walk and the city centre is a 15 min bike ride. Ashton Court is on the doorstep for country walks.

We have three bedrooms, 1 x king, 1 x double and 1 x single. 1 bathroom with a bath and shower. Downstairs, large open plan living area with wood burner, and side room that is an office and utility room space. Sunroom at the back. Good size garden with trampoline and fire pit.

We have a pod point for electric car charging, and dogs are welcome. Our dog Jimbo will ideally come with us. Our three cats, Cogs, Misty and General Buttons would like to stay if that works for you but they can go elsewhere also.

About the location

Bristol is a vibrant city where museums, water sports, theatre and music festivals all sit together comfortably. Also the vegan capital of Europe! A great place for a city break with countryside on your doorstep.

Our home is in an quiet enclave but still close to city and country. Very well connected. Good cafes, walking tracks, water sports nearby. Visit the science museum, aquarium, cinemas all walking or cycling distance.
