Very light home with fireplace and many windows on the 4th floor. The flat is not fancy but spacious and easy going. The beds are futon mattresses. The bathroom has washing machine, shower and toilet. There is a nice courtyard with sun, where there is an extra toilet if need be. The flat is 150 m2.
There is no elevator.
About the location
Very safe good neighbourhood with plenty of public transport. You can be in Sweden in 30 minutes. The ferry for Oslo is 5 minutes away and the old city center 10 minutes on bike. The embassy quarter is at the end of the boulevard. There are plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and sport facilities. Museums, parks and the ocean are all within walking distance. There is a spa at the end of the road with swimming pool and much more. Big Cinema and lots of playgrounds.
