LIVING ROOM
The living room is light, with high ceilings and a bay window, adorned in white shutters. The space offers beautiful, modernist interiors including a pink sofa in the window, a coffee table, comfortable bench and a fireplace, with wood burning stove.
Opposite this area, is the cinema room with 65 inch flat-screen television, enabled with 4k. The area also includes a corner sofa and a television, as well as a geometric rug lining the floor.

KITCHEN & DINING
The kitchen offers sleek wooden fittings, with a central island and lamps hanging down above. The kitchen includes all the amenities you will need during your stay, including a breakfast bar and bar stools.

On the far side of the room, the dining area offers views to the garden outside. The dining table and surrounding chairs provide the perfect place to enjoy dinner with family and friends. Next to this is the sofa and television for relaxing pre, or post-dinner. Sliding doors provide access to the garden.

GARDEN
A great outdoor space, with a paved area and outdoor sofa, as well as a lawn beyond.

UTILITY ROOM
The utility room includes a washing machine, combined tumble dryer and a sink.

WC
There is a WC and basin on the ground floor for convenience.

This room is locked off for host storage.

The main bathroom includes a walk-in shower, freestanding, modern bath, WC and basin, all in sleek tiling.

SECOND BEDROOM
The second bedroom is spacious, with a single bed and further trundle bed underneath- so can sleep 2 guests. This bed can raise up to the same level as the single, so can be used as a twin room. There is also a wardrobe for storage.

MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom is light and airy, with a small decorative fireplace in black. In the centre of the space, is a King-size bed. A chest-of-drawers and wardrobe complete the space.

SECOND BATHROOM
The bathroom offers a rain shower, WC and basin.

FOURTH BEDROOM
On the top floor, the fourth bedroom includes a double bed and a hanging rail.

THIRD BATHROOM
This black has marble flooring, with a shower, WC and basin.

FIFTH BEDROOM
The final bedroom is lovely and light, with two skylights. This room is in the eaves of the house, with sloped ceilings. There is a King-size bed, as well as a hanging rail for storage.

EN SUITE
The en suite bathroom includes a shower, WC and basin, with marbled tiling.
