We have a four-story, six-bedroom home in the historic Overbrook neighborhood of West Philadelphia. The home was built in the 1890s, and in the 2010s it was restored and updated. The house has hardwood floors and area rugs. No garage but there is plenty of street parking.
About the location
We live in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. It`s a five minute walk to Morris Park, which has old growth forest, trails, and a creek. It`s a ten minute walk to the Main Line Overbrook train station, which will take you directly to downtown Philadelphia. If you want to visit Philadelphia City Center (including the Liberty Bell, Love Park, and the Philadelphia Art Museum), these are a 20 minute drive away. The train to Penn Station in New York City is 2 hours, door to door, and to Union Station in Washington DC is 2.5 hours, door to door.
