Beautiful newly built wooden house on Stockholm's archipelago. Very modern and stylishly furnished, our home has a high standard throughout including jacuzzi and sauna. We have a lovely garden with a pavillion and barbeque facilities.

Only 5 minutes walk from the sea (Stockholm's archipelago). Lovely wooded surrounding on a quiet cul-de-sac.
Lots to do and see and only 25 minutes from Stockholm City!

We have lots of freetime possibilities in the surrounding area. Loads of top golf courses, even a fantastic 9 hole pay-and-play 5 minutes away!

We have a car that is available in the exchange, a SAAB Estate and possibly our Jaguar S-Type...

We also have a lovely apartment in San Pedro, Marbella, which is also open for a home exchange or even a rental! It has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and is just like a fully functioning family home. Weekend exchanges in London of particular interest.
