Accessibility to motorway links makes it a perfect base for touring e.g. Pisa (20 mins), Florence (45 mins) and Siena and San Gimignano within easy day excursion distance. 3 beautiful and important golf courses within 30 min drive. Skiing at Abetone just 40 mins away (around ?40 a day for ski pass and equipment hire). Ideal for food, wine, opera, history lovers.
