My place is a 3 bedroom house in Titirangi, Auckland. It's about 30mins drive to the city center, and is located in a beautiful bush setting - excellent for any artist or writer types that want a bit a peace and quiet, but also a handy location to the center of things. It has 2 double bedrooms and one decent sized single. Kitchen and bathroom have recently been re-done. Fully furnished, large gas BBQ, stocked with everything you need in the kitchen. Good sized deck that gets the sun. Set up with lots of eco-friendly concepts, including solar hot water, HRV system, organic gardens.

There is off street parking, and there's a bus stop at the end of the street. Great local cafe, restaurants and shopping area 5 mins drive / 30 mins walk away.
