House is located in the Mt Airy neighborhood, a unique, diverse community about 20 minutes from down town Philadelphia. From Philadelphia you are 1-1.5 hours drive to the Jersey Shore, which has quiet beaches to Blackpool-like amusements. By train, it's 1.5 hours to New York and about 2 hours to Washington, DC.
Neighborhood has shops, cafes, restaurants and also a local train that takes you into Center City in 25 minutes.
