Our house is a characterful Arts-and-Crafts semi-detached house with 3 bedrooms, 3 lounges, 2 offices (1 could be turned into a bedroom), 2 bathrooms, kitchen, utility room, and a 80m2 garden, complete with 3 hens (fresh eggs included) - however, hens could be rehoused for the duration, if necessary.
We're in SW London, in between Richmond and Kingston (Surrey) and our house is near several parks, 10 minutes from rail services into London, 5 min from the river Thames and a great high street with lots of shops and restaurants. Hampton Court is nearby, and so is Kew Gardens, and also Richmond Park. If you like shopping, both Richmond and Kingston upon Thames have large department stores and ample shops.
