Lovely 4 Bed home in Grand Bornand, France

This is our second home, a beautiful apartment in a village called Chinaillon above the town of Grand Bornand. It looks out over mountain meadows, and has a large terrace which is a sun trap in summer, and perfect for lunches and evening meals.

The flat is spacious, airy and very comfortable. It sleeps 8 easily in 4 twin bedrooms, and there are 2 bunk beds curtained off the living area. 2 of the bedrooms are ensuite, and there is a shared bathroom between the other 2.

The kitchen is well appointed, and has everything you could need. There is also a utility room. The village of Chinaillon is in the mountains, and there is wonderful walking nearby. There is a ski lift that runs in the summer, taking you up to the top of the local mountain.
