Corneilhan

Two story house on the edge of a small quiet village just outside Beziers in the South of France. 1 hours drive from Carcassonne, 45 minutes from Montpellier, 30 minutes to Cap D`Agde.

The house has breathtaking views over the rolling vineyards, which start at the edge of the back garden, across to the Alps in the distance. The large swimming pool makes the house very comfortable in the hot weather.
The house also has an outdoor table tennis table, usually located on the front patio, with overhanging vines for shade.

30 minutes drive to Serignan beach, which stretches for miles. Marvellous restaurants within 10 to 15 minutes drive. Festivals take place on a weekly basis in the surrounding villages in July/August where local wines and produce can be sampled and bought. Canoeing on the Orb river is an adventure not to be missed and it is also a wonderful swimming amenity.

A wonderful local fishing guide is available to hire for adults and he is also magic with children

A local Chateau hosts a party on the first Thursday of each month, with cheap food, their wines and live music until very late. Numbers attending can reach 800 and this is not to be missed. It is for all the family.

The house is retirement home which I use for family holidays at present.
