Built in 1990 our home is a lovely, classic detached house down a private driveway, shared by two other houses. In the garden we have an outdoor swimming pool for your exclusive use. The property is in a secluded edge-of-town (Warminster) setting but close to the main road to Bath and Salisbury.

Our central location gives us easy access to some stunning locations: Longleat Forest and Safari Park are just two miles away, Bath 16 miles (a world heritage site), Bristol 30 miles (an old maritime city), Salisbury 20 miles and Stonehenge 20 minutes. Other attractions close by include many fine old country houses and their gardens. The coast is just over an hour’s drive, London is under 2 hours by car or one and half hours by train from nearby Westbury station, Bristol International Airport is within one hour by car.

We live in a safe semi-rural area within walking distance of the small town of Warminster with all local amenities and a rail station. The surrounding area is full of good pubs for eating and drinking.Golf, hiking, horse riding and swimming are all availble almost from the door! Warminster has a lovely Victorian Park with boating lake and water meadow.
