A traditional cornish farmhouse, recently extended and located less than 1 mile from a beautiful sandy beach. The house is on the edge of the pretty hamlet of Germoe. There are amazing rural views from the back garden, which can also be enjoyed from the dining room.
Our home has 4 bedrooms, one of which is en-suite, a large living room with wood burner, dining room and modern kitchen with granite worktops.
The house is ideally located for the popular towns of Penzance and Helston and within easy reach of Lands End, The Helford River, The Lizard and St Ives. Access to the stunning coast path is a 10 minute walk away.
We have a trampoline in the garden, and will leave a selection of buckets and spades etc. for the children.
