Lovely 5 Bed home swap in Dunfermline, Scotland

We live in a semi-detached Edwardian house in a lovely quiet street on the very northern edge of Dunfermline.

We`ve refurbished the house over the years that we`ve had it and about half of the house was renovated in 2019, when we added a double bedroom/ensuite attic conversion, which overlooks the golf course that surrounds our street.

About the location

Within a few minutes walk you can be in the town centre or the countryside. The train and bus links are extremely good, with easy access to Edinburgh, Perth, Dundee, Glasgow and St.Andrews.

Dunfermline is the old historic capital of Scotland and offers history, a beautiful Abbey and park. There are plenty shops, restaurants, bowling, cinema etc.

Fife, of course, is the birthplace of golf and there are plenty of good courses to choose from (with one at the end of our street!) There are many beautiful fishing villages as well as beaches to explore and enjoy.

It is also a short drive to Edinburgh and Perthshire. A great location to explore Scotland!
