Lovely 4 Bed home in Brighton and Hove, England

We are a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 young children) living in a lovely residential part of Hove. Our area has fantastic transport links both bus, train and car. You can walk to the front in Hove in approx 25 minutes or be in the centre of Brighton by bus in the same time or less (3 of the main bus routes are within a 5 minute walk). We are approx 1 hr 20 minutes from London by train (nearest train station is a 10 minute walk away). Shops, food outlets, banks and the local library are just 5 or 10 minutes walk. The fantastic Hove Park with its dedicated children's playground, tennis courts, running track and even a model railway is 15 minutes walk. At the top of our road is the historic West Blatchington Windmill (painted by Constable). Also nearby is the Hove Engineerium.

Our house was entirely renovated in 2010 and is a modern, light and airy family home. We have 5 bedrooms (4 will be available for the exchange). In the loft there are 2 bedrooms and a shower room with toilet. You can see the sea from both bedrooms. On the middle floor are three bedrooms and the main bathroom with bath. Downstairs there is a WC, spacious hallway and living room with stylish sliding doors to the large open plan kitchen/diner with central island. We have a washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen has doors onto our garden which is 120ft in length and contains various items of play equipment including swings, climber and trampoline. We have various plants including vegetables which will need watering when we are away.

Outside there is off-street parking for 1 car. Our neighbours are all very friendly and will be happy to help with anything you need.
