We live on a quiet street in the centre of York, minutes walk along the river into York city centre. The river path is good for walks and cycling. We live 5 minutes walk to the train station. There are many restaurants,bars and beautiful walks all on the doorstep.

Our home is a 1930`s 4 bedroom semi detached house. It has a lounge with wood burning stove. Modern open plan kitchen dining room with second lounge area, bifold doors open to small tidy garden with patio, space to bbq and hot tub. Downstairs toilet and utility area. Double bedroom with king size bed, 2nd child bedroom with small double bed, 3rd attic bedroom with double bed. 4th bedroom is now an office Wireless internet connection, sonsos music system, Netflix & Amazon Prime movies. Oh and 1 cat who has her own cat flap & just needs feeding.

We are a short drive away from the Yorkshire Moors, Dales and the Coast..

We have house swapped many times with great success & ensure visitors who stay at our house feel welcome and at home.
