Erin Lea Cottage

Erin Lea cottage is a modern chalet bungalow situated in a quiet cul-de-sac less than one mile from the lovely seaside town of Portrush. The house is very well presented and with a fully enclosed rear garden complete with furnished patio and gas BBQ. There is a Lidl supermarket approximately 10 minutes walk away and 3 larger supermarkets in the nearby town of Coleraine just 5 miles away. Accommodation is for 8 people (maximum of 6 adults). There is private off street parking for 3 cars. Sorry but we do not allow pets and the accommodation is strictly NO smoking.

Ground Floor: Fully furnished lounge with wood burning stove, TV, DVD and CD player; family / play room also with TV and board games; master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite shower room; children's bedroom with bunk beds; family bathroom with bath and separate shower; large fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, fridge / freezer and dining area with French doors to patio; utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

First Floor: Large spacious bedroom with king size bed; another bedroom with two single beds; bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.

About the location

Portrush is Northern Ireland's premier seaside holiday destination and offers everything for a relaxing break away. Play at your choice of four major golf clubs within 10 kilometres, including the famous Royal Portrush Golf Club (home of the 2012 Irish Open and the forthcoming 2019 British Open).

Enjoy a walk along your choice of beautiful sandy beaches, and glorious coastline. The area has so many things to see and do. Visit the nearby Giant's Causeway, the Old Bushmills Distillery (the worlds oldest dating back to 1608) or seek out some of the many spectacular film locations from Game of Thrones.

Portrush itself has many fine restaurants, popular music / entertainment venues and an attractive harbour where fishing and boat trips can be arranged. Other activities include surfing, body boarding, cycling and tennis - lessons and equipment hire are available locally.

For the less energetic, just sit back and watch the world go by with a drink at the well known Harbour Bar. Or use the towns excellent transport links and explore the historic walled city of Derry / Londonderry or the bustling city of Belfast with its many attractions including the Titanic Exhibition Centre.
