Brighton (UK) - Large, 4 Bedroom, Victorian, Terraced, Family Home with Decked Garden

Our house is set in the vibrant, seaside town of Brighton.

We are located on a quiet road near to Preston Park and in close walking distance to the fantastic, "Fiveways" community cafes, bars & shops.

The house is tastefully decorated throughout and is a great place to relax and explore the local area. There are four double bedrooms - including a large master bedroom in the loft conversion with en suite and another with en suite on the first floor.

There is a large, decked garden to the rear with outdoor dining furniture, BBQ, comfy sofas, fire pit and a double hammock to enjoy.

The house has high speed fibre Wifi throughout and the lounge is well equipped for an enjoyable evening in - including hi fi turntable, vinyl collection, a large TV, PS4, Apple TV, Netflix, etc, We also have plenty of board games, jigsaws and toys for younger children to keep everyone entertained!

Our cleaner visits the house on Thurdays between 2.30pm and 5.30pm, but this can be cancelled if you would prefer.

There is permit-controlled, on-street parking outside the property and we can help source daily permits for guests.

We would ask for any guests to feed our cat (Milky) - she is very relaxed and loves to spend her days sleeping on the lounge chairs. We also have a tortoise who lives in the garden (Rodney), who would need to be fed the occasional Pak Choi and lettuce. Both pets are very easy going and would not require any particular special treatment (other than cuddles of course!).
