Apartment in Bangkok - Lumpini home swap

My apartment is very spacious and has plenty of natural light and is on the 14th floor in one of the best buildings in Bangkok; away from the hustle and bustle but minutes away from the metro, malls, cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets.

The apartment is an east facing unit (perfect if you`re an early riser and like to see the sunrise).

Each bedroom comes with its own en suite bathroom and there is a guest bathroom in the living room.

There is a separate laundry room with a washer and dryer. Maid service is available.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, and microwave. There is also a Nespresso machine, blender, juicer, food processor, the works :-)

There are 2 huge swimming pools, sauna, steam room, and a fully equipped gym that is open from 6 am.

I take pride in my home. Every item in my home is of high quality and carefully chosen by me to turn my home into a sanctuary.

Everyone who has ever visited my home, says it`s so inviting, comfortable, and with great energy, they never want to leave! :-)

About the location

I live 3 minutes away from the Ploen Chit BTS on Soi Ruam Rudi. Cafes, spas, malls, supermarkets, and restaurants are all within a few minutes walking distance.

My building is Athenee Residence (https://www.athenee-residence.com) which is considered one of the best buildings in Bangkok.

The facilities including the gym, the pool, and the security in the building are excellent with the most helpful staff.

I could not have chosen a better building and neighbourhood when I moved to Bangkok.
