Our flat is simply a great place to hang out whilst exploring Edinburgh. It has a homely feel, it`s really comfortable and it`s by the sea. It`s great to be by the sea whilst also being close enough to the centre to explore.
The flat is inviting with attractive features and all the mod cons. It is ideally located in Portobello, a stone throw from the sea! Portobello is a 30 minute bus ride into central Edinburgh so you have the best of both worlds with our place.
About the location
Portobello is a real community feel place. The beach front is lively and pretty, the prom stretching for three miles. Just outside our door you have a lovely choice of 3 pub/restaurants and a cafe, to while away time looking at the sea. The high street is a two minute walk away with lots of shops, bars and restaurants so you`ll find all you need.
The bus stop is on the high street (2 mins walk away) and the regular number 26 will take you right to town in 20 - 25 minutes. On weekdays there are express buses into town (X15 or X26). A taxi can cost between £7-12 depending on the time of day / night and you can always try your luck with uber too.
