A large, comfortable detached family house with gardens situated in the East Sussex village of Hurst Green which sleeps up to 7 people in 4 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one en-suite with master bed), the house is situated within 3min drive to Etchingham station with direct trains to London Charing Cross.

Our house has been finished to a high standard, all bedroom are large and comfortable; master bedroom contains a super king size bed, fitted wardrobes, Juliets balcony with a views, smart tv sky multi-room full package, en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower, large bath and two wash basin.

Other 3 bedrooms have: a bunk bed for two, a single bed and a king size bed, one equipped with smart tv and one with free view tv; the upstairs also contains a large family bathroom with a shower, corner bath and a wash basin.

Downstairs is an open plan living space with a kitchen leading through bio fold windows to the patio/garden, living area contains 3 large sofas with cinema settings for our large family with a full package sky HD tv, Netflix, prime video all set up, also large dining table for 6/8 sittings, a playroom with a desk and lots of kids toys/equipment.

Fully fitted kitchen with two ovens, induction hob, dishwasher and anything you would need for cooking or baking.

Downstairs toilet is situated by the main entrance, and a laundry room/mud room with washer, dryer leads from the kitchen to the side door our second front porch.

The house is surrounded by gardens with a large south facing patio area with sun lounges, table and chairs with umbrella, charcoal bbq and 12inch round 1m deep pool for those hot days; the garden is mostly flat with a large fitted goal and 14inch trampoline for everyone to enjoy a bit of a bounce.

The front of the house gardens/driveway can accommodate parking for at least 3 cars;
There are many walks to explore within the village, woodlands just across the road Burgh Hill is famous for its beauty, streams and waterfall.

A fantastic local farm shop, great Indian restaurant/take away or the pub it’s just a short walk away, also Pb station with a convenience shop just 3min drive away; the closest Tesco or Waitrose supermarkets 10min drive in Hawkhurst
