House is located in the Kemptown/Queen's Park area of Brighton and is less than 10 minute walk from Kemptown shopping area, which has a village feel, with range of lovely small local shops and cafes.

House is also ten minutes walk down to Brighton seafront/beach and twenty minutes walk (or short bus ride) into the Brighton City centre with all usual large shops and also the historic, quirky Brighton Lanes and Laines shopping areas with lots of independent shops. There is also a very wide range of great cafes and restaurants; also historic Brighton Pavillion and range of high quality theatre and music venues.
