House is located in the Kemptown/Queen's Park area of Brighton and is less than 10 minute walk from Kemptown shopping area, which has a village feel, with range of lovely small local shops and cafes.

House is also ten minutes walk down to Brighton seafront/beach and twenty minutes walk (or short bus ride) into the Brighton City centre with all usual large shops and also the historic, quirky Brighton Lanes and Laines shopping areas with lots of independent shops. There is also a very wide range of great cafes and restaurants; also historic Brighton Pavillion and range of high quality theatre and music venues.

Walks and cycle routes along Brighton Seafront and for miles along the coast, both east and west!...including an 'Undercliff' walking and cycling path eastwards from Brighton Marina through to Rottingdean and on to Saltdean. See:
Frequent trains from Brighton Railway Station run up to London (circa 1 hour journey direct into central London hubs) and routes east and west through to many other interesting south coastal and other locations. London is a transport hub for train travel to all other parts of England, Scotland and Wales.
