Confortable house for 3/4 people with a small but sunny garden at 5 km in the south of Paris with good transport connections. it includes : kitchen, large living room which leds to the terrace and garden. Upstairs, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single one), an office with a futon and the bathroom. In the basement : laundry (with washing machine and dryer), another bedroom with a single bed, the garage and 2 bicycles.

Au sous-sol se trouve la buanderie (avec lave et sèche-linge) et le garage avec 2 vélos.

Nous habitons tout près d'un grand parc dans une banlieue verte et calme. 3 piscines se trouvent à moins de 10 minutes. Marchés et supermarchés à 5 minutes. Il est facile de se rendre à Paris avec de bons transports en commun (ligne B du RER- station Bourg La Reine, avec parking possible ou à rejoindre en bus direct en 10 minutes)
