Our detached family home is in a quiet road with a rural rear aspect. The house has a kitchen with eating area, dining room, two sitting rooms, a conservatory and an outdoor heated swimming pool. Upstairs there are four bedrooms and a study. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, one a bunk bed with pull-out mattress (would sleep 3 children) and the fourth has a single child's bed.
A perfect base for London sightseeing and access to the south of England. Nearest towns are Sutton and Epsom. Horse racing locally at Epsom Downs and Sandown. Trains to London Victoria take about 45 minutes.
The swimming pool is not fenced from the rest of the garden, and would not be suitable for very small children. Pool is maintained weekly, lots of inflatable toys, etc.
