Lovely 4 Bed home in MARRICKVILLE, AUSTRALIA
Clean and charming 2 storey cottage with stunning views over the Cook's river & 4 bedrooms. We are 10 min. by train to the city. Child and pet friendly. No antiques to break, but we do have all the mod cons. Easy-care Courtyard gardens. Parks and golf course nearby. 2 min walk to supermarket. This is the nicer Asian part of town with good restaurants & cheap shopping especially at the Saturday markets. Sydney in spring is much like London in summer, only warmer, and it doesn't rain. We have 2 dogs (who can leave if you require it) and a fish pond.
We don't bother with all the beaches in spring because the water is too cold. But it won't be for you! We have a car which you will need to get around.
