Our House - Sligo, Ireland

Our home is located in the North West of Ireland close to Sligo town. We are about 1.5 miles from town in a private cul de sac with a communal green area for children & adults. Public swimming pool & leisure centre within .5 mile, many golf & beaches - closest is 5 miles away. Mountains Ben Bulben & Knocknarea, surfing, sailing, cycling, horseriding, walking & fishing. Many nice restaurants, theatre, historic sites - Carrowmore & shops nearby. Nearby bus service to town every 25 minutes and train/bus service to Dublin(capital city). Walking 10 minutes. Connecting Airport at Strandhill 6 km and Knock (1 hr drive). Belfast & Dublin 2.5 hrs away.

House is very comfortable & neigbours welcoming and friendly. Toys, board games, Playstation, Xbox, Wii, snooker table, foosball table etc, music centre, loads of books etc to keep entertained. PC with printer, scanner, copier. Broadband Internet (wireless. Cable TV, dvd recorder, video etc. Oil fired heating. Many musical instruments inc whistle, guitar, keyboard, piano. Bikes available including folding bike. Bike rack (to go on hitch).Skateboards available also. Basketball net.

About the location

Where we live is a lovely area which is in a cul de sac and is quiet with no through traffic. Houses are built around a communal green area where children play and there is also a seating area. It is a safe with friendly and helpful neighbours. We are within easy of almost everthing, turn one way to the country, another towards town or go towards a recreational area. Easy parking. Comfortable house in which all the family can be together or break up into seperate sitting areas. We have all the bits from family life from games to technology. Our house is a home and we hope you will enjoy it to. Plenty of room for all and a downstairs bedroom for anyone with mobility issues.
