A detached Spanish house with secluded garden, swimming pool, paella house and play area. Located on side of a gentle hill about 12 miles from centre of Valencia, amongst a few other Spanish houses and surrounded by orange groves and vineyards. It is a peaceful location but only 20 minutes drive to a large shopping mall and 30 minutes to Valencia,s marina and immaculate beaches.

Within about 30 miles are the Requena wine area, Nature Reserve/lagoon( l'Albufera) and rice fields,and Roman fort at Sagunta.

Within 10 miles are an excellent golf course ( El Bosque) and the Ricardo Tormo GP Moto / F1 testing circuit. In March Valencia has its Las Fallas fireworks fiesta and in August there are local bull runs and even a tomato fiesta ( La Tomatina).

House has 3 double bedrooms, new kitchen and bathroom and lounge on the upper floor with further steps up to the large sun roof. On ground floor there is a large shaded patio with table tennis, bbq, and hammock! The utility room and garage are on ground floor too.
