3 Bedroom townhouse in the quiet suburb of Kirribilli. We have our own security gate entrance and a few steps down takes you to our garden/courtyard with trees and exotic palms, herbs and an outdoor entertaining area with barbeque (of course).
We have high speed internet on our desktop computer in the third bedroom/study which you are welcome to use.
We have a double (tandem) parking garage and offer the use of our Prius Hybrid car. There are 3 parking spaces for visitors to the building, which has 12 units.

About the location

Kirribilli is close to the city centre, but sufficiently isolated so that it resembles a country village. There are no through roads and little passing traffic.
The ferry to the City/Opera House etc from Kirribilli Wharf, the ferry to Balmain/Darling Harbour/Aquarium/Wild Life Park/Maritime Museum/Casino, and the railway station (on the busy North Shore Line) at Milson's Point, are all a short walk away.
Kirribilli Village, a bustling lively centre with shops of all kinds, restaurants and cafes, is virtually on our doorstep (200 metres).
The Public Swimming Baths, Children's Playground and Luna Park Fairground are also a short walk away.
